THG Presents: Best of Celebrity Marijuana Scandals!
Sorry, Armie Hammer. Your arrest for marijuana possession didn't even make THG's Top 10 favorite marijuana scandals ... though it did inspire us to compile the list!
Note that there are plenty of pot smokers out there who don't appear here simply because they haven't been busted for their antics. We snub them, but they win!
Anyway, take a look at some recent stars involved in weed-related police matters below and vote for which celebrity stoner is your favorite ...
10. Chace Crawford / Matthew McConaughey (tie). The Texans tie for the 10 spot based on the classic mug shots taken after their respective arrests.
9. Snoop Dogg. Snoop's arrest this month was about as shocking as ... the #7 man on this list, who was also cited for possession in the same TOWN!
8. Jermaine Hopkins / Sam Hurd (tie). The Lean On Me star and Chicago Bears player may not be household names ... but were big time DEALERS.
7. Willie Nelson. Seriously, just leave Willie alone cops.
6. Soulja Boy. Recently pulled over with his entourage carrying a bunch of weed, cash and a gun. All in one briefcase. Sometimes you gotta travel light.
5. Michael Phelps. Don't hit the bong after winning a gold medal, kids.
4. Brooke Mueller. Charlie's ex claims her infamous crack pipe incident merely involved weed. Even if you give her the benefit of the doubt, what a mess!
3. Jenelle Evans. Girl can't go 24 hours without smoking up! Or getting arrested. At least some of her probation woes stem from positive drug tests.
2. Miley Cyrus. Our #2 scandal didn't even involve weed, necessarily ... but Miles totally smokes it, and who else could compete with this bong video!
1. DMX. The all-time king of celebrity mug shots is only slightly less known for his affinity for the sticky-sticky. Sometimes those things are related!
Who's your favorite celebrity stoner?

DMX, Ruff Ryders to Reunite!
DMX may soon make news for something other than getting arrested! Amazing!
X says he and his legendary rap crew Ruff Ryders are getting back together and that a big reunion tour is already in the works. Perhaps the best known Ryder, Eve, is also on record saying to expect a massive comeback from the Ruff ones.
Stop, drop, shut 'em down and open up shop ...
The tour is supposed to kick off in a few months, with CEO Waah Dean currently booking venues. DMX says the whole Ruff Ryders crew - Eve, The L.O.X., Swizz Beatz, Drag-On, Murda-Mook - are on board and ready to run this $h!t. Take heed.
THG's celebrity mug shot all-star says, "We are all family and we're going to come back stronger than when we left ... It's going to take the nation by storm."
DMX and Tashera Simmons: Off to Relationship Rehab!
Reality shows. There's one for everybody and everything.
Troubled rapper DMX and Tashera Simmons, his estranged wife, have agreed to appear on the upcoming reality show Relationship Rehab on VH1 in the hopes of getting their failed marriage back on track, a source close to the network says.
Earl (DMX) and Tashera Simmons separated in July 2010 after 20 years and four kids together ... yet they are still technically married and "best friends." So ...
They really want to give it one more shot, and what better place to take that shot than on VH1, while getting paid? No-brainer really. Even if they lose they win.
DMX feels Tashera is “one of the only people [he] truly ever loved and has been with him through thick and thin.” After around 20 mug shots, he may be right.
The thin, if you will, is that DMX cheated on his wife left and right and even fathered six children during his extra-marital conquests. That'll cause some issues.
Relationship Rehab, a spin-off of Celebrity Rehab, is scheduled to begin taping in early December. No word if Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher will also appear.
DMX Arrested Again After Traffic Stop!
To DMX's credit, he made it more than a month since he was released from prison before being arrested again last night for driving with a suspended license.
After being pulled over for driving 102 MPH (!) in a 65, DMX was busted for speeding, reckless driving, and the suspended license. He was released on bond.
Not before joining our celebrity mug shots gallery again, though!
Our doctored photo above is exaggerating for effect. But DMX has been busted, for real, TEN times in Maricopa County, Arizona. That photographer is busy!
Expect X to be back at the station in late September/early October.
DMX: Released From Prison Somehow!
DMX, rapper and celebrity mug shot all-star team captain, is a free man once again after being released from an Arizona prison earlier today.
He told All Hip Hop outside the slammer, "I'm feeling good ... feeling really good." He then departed to see the wife and kid. You know how it is.
Somehow, last week's drug-smuggling bust and other infractions only pushed back his release by a few days. Place must be really overcrowded.
In any case, X is a free man now. Check out what he said he plans to do before he gets sent back, which we're guessing will be by Labor Day.
DMX: Popped For Drug Possession ... While in Jail!
DMX just made another contribution to our celebrity mug shots gallery after getting busted for drug possession - an offense committed while in jail!
The rapper scored an extended stay in prison, where he was serving seven months for violating probation and scheduled to be released TOMORROW.
Law enforcement sources say X has been busted for multiple offenses since being sent away to the Yuma, Ariz., facility commenced late last year.
It's unclear how DMX got the drugs into prison or what they were.
Drug possession, failing/refusing a drug test, smoking when he wasn't supposed to, being disrespectful, disruptive, and disorderly ... you name it.
In any case, his release has been postponed by at least a week, if not longer. Give a fella credit, this was a new addition to his impressive resume.
Keep up the good work in there, dawg.
Breaking, Stunning News: DMX Jailed!
Poor DMX.
The man received some unfortunate news just before the holidays - he'll be spending them behind bars. Then again, is that really that unusual for X?
The rapper was just sentenced to prison again - this time for a probation violation - according to officials in Arizona, who revoked those rights this morning.
FAMILIAR FACE: Before long, the Maricopa County Sheriff's Dept. is going to name a wing for DMX, and our celebrity mug shots album will be renamed "DMX photos."
The decision comes a month after he was busted in Phoenix for failing to check in with a probation officer. He was on probation for a 2009 assault conviction.
Don't even ask us which one. We lost track ages ago.
DMX Arrested For Probation Violation
We were starting to think it had been awhile.
Last time we reported a DMX arrest was over two months ago. Something seemed amiss ... until he was busted in Phoenix last night for violating his probation. The violation was simple: not checking in with his probation officer.
He faces a revocation hearing November 24.
DMX MUG SHOT #15: That's not an exaggeration, amazingly.
The arrest was first reported by local FOX 10. The rapper, who has a long history of legal trouble in his home state and beyond, says he has no hard feelings toward Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, the man who keeps arresting him.
“No, hate would ruin my life. I wish him the best - good health, long life - just leave me alone,” DMX said. Hey, at least he's not bitter, right?
Until his next arrest, we leave you with this ...
DMX Released From Jail, Rents Car, Pulled Over, Arrested For Lack of Valid License
DMX is the man.
When barely a day passes in between your run-ins with the cops, that's when you know you are hard core. Lindsay Lohan and her driving woes have nothing on him.
Just hours after X was released from jail yesterday, the rapper was pulled over by the police driving down Sunset Blvd in a rented Mercedes and busted again!
X's manager says he recording studio around 11:20 p.m. when he was stopped for a minor traffic violation. Officers then learned he didn't have a valid license.
A rare kind of DMX photo - it wasn't taken in a police station!
DMX was issued a citation and will be due to appear in court sometime in the near future. Cops even allowed a passenger in the car to drive the rapper home.
That's nice. Give the man a break. He's been in solitary confinement enough times this year already ... might as well give him a night or two in his own bed.
Yesterday's release from jail came after the man served just 18 days of a 90-day sentence stemming from a reckless driving conviction way back in 2002.
Lohan was let out after 14 for the same thing. Just saying.
DMX Arrested For Approximately 397th Time
Knock us over with a feather, because new reports say DMX has been arrested. We don't want to assume such shocking news is true, but you ever know.
The rapper is planning to surrender to authorities in L.A. to start serving jail time for crime he committed "5-6 years ago," reports TMZ, via X's manager.
DMX is "not sure" about the nature of the crime, or at least his manager isn't. Which makes sense. Details blend together after a dozen arrests or so.
According to the manager, X is "focused" on taking care of all of his past legal issues so he can move on with his life. That should take a few centuries.
DMX is a chill dude. Mug shots do not faze him.
Earlier this month, DMX, whose booking photo comprise most of our celebrity mug shots gallery, completed a four-month jail stint for a probation violation.
Looks like his freedom was short-lived.
The celebrity gossip site claims that X's jail stint all stems from a 2002 reckless driving conviction. He was placed on probation after pleading no contest.
He has subsequently violated his probation, of course, with unrelated offenses, and has therefore been ordered to serve 90 days in a city jail facility.
Lindsay Lohan can relate.
