Former Laguna Beach star Jason Wahler got arrested Friday night after he got drunk and threw his shoes at people. Yes, really, according to law enforcement.

Wahler got into a scuffle with a bouncer at the Ocean Avenue Brewery in his hometown of Laguna Beach, Calif., and eventually got himself ejected from the joint.

Somehow Jason Wahler, who used to date Lauren Conrad on The Hills, made his way back inside, police later said, and the bouncers had to toss him out again.

The best part?

Witnesses say a frustrated Jason removed his shoes and hurled them into the bar, at which point security came out to remove him, and Wahler threw a punch.

The cops arrived and arrested the reality TV loser for battery and public intoxication. The Jason Wahler mug shot above was thus added to his personal gallery.

Oh, and Wahler still has 11 days left on his probation stemming from his drunken, racist, homophobic, violent tirade against a tow-truck driver back in 2007.

That means if he gets convicted, he faces even more trouble. Enjoy jail!

Wahler was recently fired from some movie role he somehow landed. Maybe that played into this outburst somehow. Or maybe he is just a drunken idiot.

Former Laguna Beach, The Hills and Lauren Conrad love life star Jason Wahler was fired from the film he was set to star in, according to Radar Online.

The reason? The catch-all “personal problems,” natch.

"Jason Wahler was let go from the project because of his behavior," a well placed source close to the film said of the troubled wannabe actor, 22.

The movie, Five Good Years, is to be filmed in Detroit.

According to sources, Jason Wahler wowed executives at FourTwoFive Films and they hired him without even auditioning. That all changed in days, however.

Director Bruce Reisman says "FourTwoFive Films did not proceed in formalizing our offer with his management as a result of "any drug or alcohol problem."

While quick to note that Jason Walher was not witnessed being inebriated or high in the process, Reisman says he and staff "experienced first-hand behavior from Jason that was not conducive with FourTwoFive Films' expectations."

On The Hills, Jason's behavior was ultimately too much for Lauren Conrad.

Following his departure from the show, it was too much for various laws.

He was arrested four times (in four different states!) for various charges including underage drinking and assault. He spent time in jail and rehab.

Jason appeared to be cleaned up when he got engaged in 2007, but he and USC student Katja Decker-Sadowski broke that off this past February.

Last night, Jason Wahler referred to Spencer Pratt as a "a little f-ggot."

So, when and where will the iconic Hills star take revenge on Lauren Conrad's skeevy ex?

Never, and no place, Pratt told TMZ in a statement that hilariously read:

"If I were to beat up every homophobic racist loser that challenged me to a fight – I wouldn't have time to be the most famous person in the world. I'll pray for Jason Wahler."

The Hollywood Gossip is saddened to announce the 100 percent inevitable news that Jason Wahler has called off his engagement from Katja Decker-Sadowski.

"I have decided to end my engagement, and it's an amicable split," the former star of Laguna Beach and The Hills star told celeb news mag Us Weekly.

Wahler - who dated Lauren Conrad on both shows - says they're "still good friends" but he and Katja Decker-Sadowski decided to make a clean break.

"We agreed we are both just too young to be considering getting married right now," added Wahler, 22, who had been engaged since August 2007.

On the plus side, this sad split should allow the reality TV staple more time to deal with the many lawsuits and court dates he has on his busy schedule.

The couple did seem on track to tie the knot until recently.

Last year, the 21-year-old University of Southern California student and tennis player was singing a different tune, wanting to wed "sooner rather than later."

"But my parents want me to finish school first and that won't be until 2010," said Katja Decker-Sadowski, 21. "So we want to do it probably a little bit before my graduation, but I will need my parents' help to plan the wedding!"

Wahler is currently shopping around a dating reality show called Jason and the Cougars. Yes, we're serious. How has VH1 not picked that up already?

The legal hits just keep coming for former Laguna Beach and The Hills n'er-do-well Jason Wahler. This tends to happen when one was a raging drunken maniac.

The reality TV mainstay has been slapped with yet another lawsuit stemming from his September 2006 alcohol-fueled altercation with two tow-truck drivers.

The second of those drivers, Jose Alarcon, is seeking $100,000-plus in damages from the once arrest-prone Jason Wahler - he was arrested four times in four different states in 2006, top that! - for violating his civil rights.

According to the lawsuit, Wahler "committed acts of violence, threats of violence, and made racial epitaphs" toward him on September 22, 2006, preventing him from doing his job and acting "with malice" purely "on account of race."

The altercation occurred as the tow trucks and a city vehicle were working to remove an illegally parked car - and happened to block Wahler's ride, causing the MTV star and then gal-pal Kristen DeLuca to go postal on the workers.

The roadside rage has already proved costly for J-Wahl.

On top of pleading no contest to misdemeanor battery, which yielded rehab and probation, Wahler must pay $20,000 to the other driver, Dario Stevenson.

Since then, though, he's gotten engaged to Katja Decker-Sadowski and turned his life around. Sort of. Hey, no arrests in two years is good progress, people.

Despite being renewed early for a second season, Whitney Port and her new reality TV series, The City, are a bit hard up for ratings this winter.

Count Jason Wahler among those not watching - and surprised about MTV's early commitment to a sophomore campaign for The Hills spinoff.

He's not sugar-coating his feelings, either.

"I can't believe it got picked up for a second season," Jason Wahler said of The City.

"I thought it was kind of a terrible show. I mean, I like Whitney, but they are trying to drag her show out way too much. I didn't know that many people who were watching [The City] to begin with, so for it to be renewed is shocking."

Incidentally, Wahler's comments were made at last night's premiere of Jordan Eubanks and Brian Drolet's 2 Dudes and a Dream. Jordan and Brian used to date Heidi Montag and Audrina Patridge, respectively. Reality TV losers of a feather ...

Not surprising: Wahler - who dated Lauren Conrad on both Laguna Beach and The Hills - is currently developing a new reality show of his own. We're sure this television event will be a huge ratings hit and critically lauded, as well.

Quite surprising: It will follow his life with Katja Decker-Sadowski, a USC tennis player who hasn't dumped his ass in nearly two years of dating! Talk about incredible.

Oft-arrested reality TV quasi-star Jason Wahler, 21, owes a tow truck driver at least $5,000 for a 2006 fight, an L.A. jury decided this afternoon.

The former Hills fixture was charged with battery after punching Dario Stevenson in the face and hurling racial slurs at him in September 2006.

His blood alcohol level was an impressive .22 at the time.

Although Wahler's 60-day prison sentence was suspended after he checked into a rehab center in 2007, Stevenson's lawyer filed a civil suit against him.

A jury of eight women and four men concluded that Jason Wahler had committed an act of battery. His attorney argued that the L.A. native and his girlfriend at the time, model Kristen DeLuca, were too drunk to know what they were saying.

Dario Stevenson may receive punitive damages as well as the $5,000, but they will likely be drastically smaller than the $1 million he sought.

Jason Wahler has a history of drinking, violence and legal woes.

In April 2007, he served three weeks in jail on criminal trespassing, assault and underage drinking after punching a Seattle hotel security guard in the face.

In February 2008, he was banned from the USC apartment of his fiancee Katja Decker-Sadowski for using racial slurs against the complex's security guard.

He's also been arrested for drug possession and resisting a public officer during an underage drinking sweep in North Carolina. Yeah. The guy gets around.

Wahler rose to fame as the deadbeat, often-drunken beau of Lauren Conrad on Laguna Beach and then later, after she dubiously took him back on The Hills.

Conrad famously turned down a prestigious summer internship in Paris with Teen Vogue to spend the summer with him in 2005. They broke up afterwards.

Officially, The Hills cast is LC and her hot female friends (and enemies). But without the men in their life, MTV's "reality" hit wouldn't be worth watching.

First there was Jason Wahler, a frequently-drunk, always-meatheaded holdover from Lauren's Laguna Beach days who wreaked havoc on both shows.

Then The Hills gave us Spencer Pratt. Heidi Montag's boyfriend / fiance / ex-fiance / manager is a master of manipulation and passive-aggressive rage.

Now it's Justin-Bobby (real name Justin-Brescia) causing fans to scream in agony as he belches and mumbles his way into Audrina Patridge's heart.

You gotta give it up for these guys from a pure entertainment standpoint. They've had quite a run for four seasons and counting. The only question is ...

The jury in Jason Wahler's civil trial next month is going to have a lot to go on now - The Hills star's lawyer has given the OK for panelists to hear evidence regarding Wahler's 2006 arrest for assaulting a tow truck driver.

The victim, Dario Stevenson, sued the 21-year-old reality TV star and Kristen DeLuca, his model girlfriend at the time, in August 2007, accusing the pair of roughing him up while he was in the process of impounding another car.

L.A. Superior Court Judge Elizabeth A. Grimes scheduled a Nov. 3 trial.

Jason Wahler - who used to date Lauren Conrad on Laguna Beach and The Hills - declined to challenge a petition by the plaintiff to allow jurors to hear testimony concerning Wahler's behavior when the cops took him into custody.

Grimes prohibited either party from revealing to the panel what Jason Wahler was actually charged with, declaring it inadmissable evidence.

But J-Wahl's behavior during the alleged smackdown is sure to be front and center at the trial, especially considering Stevenson, who's black, has accused the drunken bad boy of lobbing the N-word at the tow truck driver repeatedly.

Stevenson is seeking punitive damages from Wahler for the verbal and physical beatdown. Kristen DeLuca has since settled with the driver out of court.

Wahler, for all his d-bag-like qualities, is still engaged to Katja Decker-Sadowski, who is by all accounts a cute girl. And a fine college tennis player.
