After photos showing Alexa Ray Joel's stunning transformation hit the Internet, the singer-songwriter took to the web herself to address the rumors.

According to her, the alleged Alexa Ray Joel plastic surgery photos are nothing of the site. Chalk it up to makeup, a good bra ... and aging 15 YEARS.

Alexa R. Joel

The 28-year-old daughter of Billy Joel and Christie Brinkley actually posted a comment on Us in which she took bullies to task for their cruel remarks.

"This is absolutely hysterical!!! I was 13 years old in the pic posted as a 'before.' In this latter pic, I am 28 years old [that's the age I am now]," she wrote.

"I have lost weight simply from maturing, and I have fully contoured 'stage makeup' and hair done for my first debut show at the Carlyle Hotel in NYC."

"Obviously I'm going to look different. It's called 'growing up'! I have only gotten one nose-job done. That is the absolute extent of the surgeries I have had."

This video from 2013's Comic-Con went viral last weekend, and awesomely so.

It features a young girl asking former Star Trek: The Next Generation star Wil Wheaton, "When you were a kid, were you called a nerd, and how did you deal with it?"

His answer? We'll let Wil take it from here, but it'll make your day:

"When I was a little boy," Wil said, "I was called a nerd all the time because I didn't like sports, I loved to read, I liked math and science."

"I thought school was really cool, and it hurt, a lot."

"Because it's never OK when a person makes fun of you for something that you didn't choose. We didn't choose to be nerds."

"We can't help it that we like those things."

North Carolina youth Grayson Bruce, 9, is no longer allowed to wear his My Little Pony backpack to school because of bullying concerns, according to reports.

Yes. Grayson has been punched, pushed and ridiculed, presumably within earshot and sight of teachers, and the school's response was to ... punish Grayson.

The school district told Grayson and his mom, Noreen, that he needed to leave the bag at home because the item had become a "trigger for bullying."

Buncombe County school administrators said in a statement that "an initial step was taken to immediately address a situation that had created a disruption."

The district went on to reiterate that it "takes bullying very seriously" and that this was just the first move, as "we will continue to take steps to resolve this issue."

You buying that? Or the idea that it's a "trigger" in general?

He put the star and her fans on BLAST in an epic Twitter rant Wednesday, playing the victim and likening her silence to complicity or even encouragement.

“I know most @ArianaGrande fans are 12 years old - at least they almost all act like it - but ENOUGH is enough!" Hilton wrote to begin his rant.

"Even 12 year olds KNOW better than to wish death on a baby and say the disgusting things that 99 percent of her fans have been spamming my Instagram with."

"I am NOT sorry I said #ArianaGrande was dressed awfully with boring hair at the Grammy Awards," the celebrity gossip site owner said, digging in.

Ariana Grande made the mistake of looking at her Twitter while walking the Grammy Awards' red carpet Sunday afternoon, and it led to a bit of a freak-out.

The songbird, 20, was seen practically in tears after reading comments slamming her appearance, and her handlers buzzed around trying to calm her down.

"She's still not completely comfortable on carpets and made the mistake of looking at Twitter," one source said, adding that one person in particular set her off.

"This blogger attacked her dress but also went after her hair and then more people started piling on. It was just mean. Ariana was like, 'Why am I even here?'"

Thankfully, she pulled it together ... and we have to say, was among the Grammy Awards fashion WINNERS in her flowered Dolce & Gabbana dress.

Still, her extension-filled hairstyle has a been a sticking point for the former Nickelodeon star. A few days ago, Ariana Grande took to Instagram to explain it:

Mercilessly and cruelly, in fact. The cause for attack? It's not clear.

There is no record of her saying such things, but no matter.

The video showing a Houston teen named Sharkeisha beating up another girl is still getting heavy play on social media and blogs over a week after it went viral.

Anti-bullying groups and others aren't pleased about that, either, particularly when it comes to people cheering on the girl and her vicious sucker punch.

The video was uploaded to Instagram last week before being removed due to terms of use violations. It has also been yanked from Twitter and Facebook.

Still, Sharkeisha remains a hot topic across the web, and the Anti-Bullying Alliance is condemning it, as well as the act of sharing violence online.

The group’s Luke Roberts told the International Business Times:

“It is important that young people, the media industry, government and parents work together to make young people feel protected when online."

"Shut up. I mean that in the nicest way, but shut up!" Those are the words of a teacher in Villa Rica, Georgia to her classroom of nine-year-old fourth graders. "Get out of my face before I machete chop you."

Who does this woman think she is? Michonne from The Walking Dead? Even Michonne has a soft spot for kids!

Talk about needing to take a time-out! Yikes!

Isaac Robinson sensed something was wrong when his son didn't seem okay even though he said school had been "fine" that day. After probing for more information, he learned that the boy had an issue with the way his teacher spoke to her class.

We have an issue with it, too, young man. You're most certainly not alone.

Wow. We don't condone cheating, which this girl is apparently guilty of, but wow. Uncool as she is for doing that, the way she was exposed may be worse.

Apparently, she was seeing two guys at once and one found out. Upset, he decided to call the other guy, to inform him what was up with "their" girlfriend.

Understandable ... but then it got a little weird.

The two of them surprised her, confronted her on video in humiliating fashion, then shamed her for it. Repeatedly. Specifically, they called her a slut. A lot.

The repeated, harsh name-calling combined with the fact that this was a premeditated confrontation that they shared on the web? Questionable move, guys.

This was no heat of the moment thing.

The desire for payback after being humiliated themselves, not to mention possibly heartbroken, can be understood. But does that condone their actions?

You tell us: Did they go too far?
