Life is good for Ashley Tisdale.

The former High School Musical star has a new boyfriend (Scott Speer), a new movie coming out (Aliens in the Attic) and a new album on the way (Guilty Pleasure will be released on July 31).

But Tisdale isn't just sitting back and anticipating success. She's making it happen!

The young, beautiful singer helped to hype her upcoming CD with a performence at The Grove in Los Angeles over the weekend. Below are photos from the event:

Ashley Tisdale and Scott Speer, her new boyfriend, were seen holding on to one another as they left the set of It’s On with Alexa Chung in New York City Tuesday.

Her "hot, good friend," who moved in just days after she announced her breakup with Jared Murillo, has been seen regularly with the 'Tis of late. Cute pair, no?

Ashley Tisdale Performs 'It's Alright, It's OK' on GMA

Ashley Tisdale and her oversized boyfriend, Scott Speer, decided to avoid paparazzi and go for a walk yesterday.

The two now admit that they are dating, but rumors have been flying since they first met when he was directing her music videos.

Ashley looks hot like usual, while Scott looks like he has a great personality. Other than the awkward size difference, the couple looks happy, as they carry their purses down the street, hand in hand.

In all seriousness, we wish Tisdale and her freakishly large boyfriend nothing but the best.

At last night's MTV Movie Awards, Ashley Tisdale defeated Miley Cyrus in the category of Best Female Performance.

Later in the evening, Cyrus would collect the popcorn trophy for Best Song from a film, making each of these young stars into winners.

But that can't be the case now. Only one can come out on top in this fashion face-off.

In the latest issue of OK!, Ashley Tisdale makes it clear that she's moving on from High School Musical.

While the young singer/actress is grateful for that franchise, she's also looking ahead to a successful, more mature career on screen.

On being thin: “I’ve been very skinny my whole life... I don’t really like this look. I like curves — I think that’s more beautiful... I look at Jessica Alba and think she’s got a great body. I think that’s what women are supposed to look like.”

On gal pals: “It’s important to have girlfriends, because guys tend to come and go... I hang out with Miley Cyrus and Vanessa Hudgens a lot and watch chick flicks and I listen to music like Pink’s ‘So What’ and Britney Spears’ ‘Out From Under.’ That helps me move on faster. Miley’s a big sweetheart. She’s stayed true to herself and hasn’t changed for how huge she is. She’s always there to listen.”

On her ideal man: “I’m a big romantic, so I love guys who are romantic too. I think it’s important to be with someone that you can be yourself around. I need a guy that I can hang out with in sweats and no makeup and still feel comfortable and beautiful. Someone who’s trustworthy.”

So, Ashley, is that guy named Scott Speer?

The friendship between Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale didn't end when the High School Musical cameras stopped rolling.

These two cuties still hang out together, as evidenced by this week's LG Rumorous Night party, held at the Andaz Hotel in West Hollywood.

Each actress is busy these days.

Tisdale's new album, Guilty Pleasure, will be released on June 16. She's also working on re-shooting parts of her upcoming movie, Aliens in the Attic.

Hudgens, meanwhile, fills her days by staring into the eyes, and settling into the arms, of Zac Efron. It's a tough gig, but someone has to do it.

If Ashley Tisdale wanted to keep her relationship with Scott Speer quiet, she shouldn't have referred to him as a "hot friend" last week.

She also should have been more careful when swapping spit with the music video director.

The High School Musical star was spotted playing tonsil hockey with her new boyfriend last night, as the pair just couldn't keep their hands off each other inside a parked car.

Will Ashley Tisdale finally admit that Scott Speer is more than just a "hot, good friend?"

The rumored new couple was spotted out in Malibu on Saturday afternoon, clearly enjoying one another as much as the sunshine.

Speer has directed Tisdale  in four of her music videos: “He Said She Said,” “Suddenly,” “Not Like That,” and the upcoming “It’s Alright, It’s OK," the first single from Ashley’s new album.

When asked about the young singer/actress, Speer said:

“Ashley is an exceptionally talented artist and a great person to work with."

We presume he forgot to add ... in bed!

Ashley Tisdale has a new single... and maybe a new boyfriend.

The singer has released a song titled "It's Alright, It's OK." She says the tune is based on a boyfriend who cheated on her, though she's quick to point out that the bastard in question is not ex Jared Murillo.

But enough about the past. When asked by E!'s Daily 10 if she's dating Scott Speer - the man that directed the video for her aforementioned single - Tisdale replied:

"I'm not in a relationship. I'm single…but he's a good friend of mine." Then, she couldn't help but add:

"He's a really hot, good friend of mine... we have a really good creative relationship."

Dirty minds, have fun twisting that quote around!
