A trio of beauties were caught in the same outfit over the last few weeks, as 90210 star AnnaLynne McCord donned a Camilla and Marc dress to a Nylon bash in Hollywood last month.

Meanwhile, Ashley Tisdale put a belt around the same frock at the Los Premios MTV Awards; and Lea Michele followed the lead of her fellow celebs at the Fox Fall Eco Casino party.

Our latest fashion face-off featuring stars at the premiere of Michael Jackson's This Is It documentary last night holds an interesting connection to the King of Pop.

Or at least his last director. Kenny Ortega directed This Is It, and is also known for heading the High School Musical franchise, which starred Ashley Tisdale (right).

He's also heading up the remake of Footloose, starring Julianne Hough (left) and Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford. Anyway, which cutie looked better last night?

Julianne, the two-time Dancing with the Stars champion, went with more of a (chic) rocker look, while Ashley honored the late King of Pop with a vintage T.

Ashley Tisdale is 23 years old.

That's important to keep in mind, as you watch her video for "Crank It Up."

The former High School Musical star is practicing some seriously sexy moves below, as she's clearly been studying Miley Cyrus and Britney Spears.

The singer eventually makes it to the dance club, but was the preparation worth it? Do you like the video?

Looking to expand her resume beyond High School Musical and reach out to a more diverse audience, Ashley Tisdale has posed for a Puerco Espin campaign.

The Italian clothing line features Tisdale in a series of ads this week, one of which reads:

“Fashion, romantic, chic, casual and refined; here the many spirits of the collection interpreted in fantastic way from the mythical Ashley.”

Yes, mythical. That's higher praise than even boyfriend Scott Speer might give Ashley.

Said Tisdale, who recently dyed her hair brown again: “I love Milan, I love Italy and I love wonderful the Italian fashion.”

We had a perfectly nice Friday night at The Hollywood Gossip this week.

Following a few days of hard work, we kicked back and watched the Yankees defeat the Red Sox in a game that featured a mammoth home run by Kate Hudson's boy toy, Alex Rodriguez.

But we wish we'd have been at MILK Studios in Los Angeles instead.

A slew of today's hottest young stars showed up there for the 2009 Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party. Among them: Taylor Lautner, Selena Gomez, Miranda Cosgrove and Ashley Tisdale.

She hasn't been ransacked by Ray J on video, nor does she milk every public outing for publicity.

With the introduction above, however, we're actually referring to the dueling hairstyles of these celebrities.

Earlier this summer, Kardashian abadoned her failed experiment to live as a blonde; that "alter ego" has been replaced by Kim's typically dark locks.

Conversely, Tisdale dyed her hair brown a few months ago, didn't contact every supermarket tabloid to brag about it, and has now returned to her lighter roots. Which look do you prefer on the High School Musical star?

This is no time for friendship.

As Twilight Saga actors Kellan Lutz and Taylor Lautner realized in a previous Fashion Face-Off, the gloves come off when various outfits come on during red carpet events.

With that in mind, Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens may be former High School Musical stars and close pals off screen, but they're opponents for the next few minutes.

Each attended the Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles last night, each looked beautiful, but only one can come out on top in the following poll. Good luck to both young beauties!

(Note: during the event, unfunny comedian Dane Cook referenced Vanessa's naked photo flap, trying to joke with the audience by saying: “Vanessa Hudgens! Girl you got to keep your clothes on!”)

There are certain things that all true Americans love: Hot dogs. Paying taxes. Spending the Fourth of July on a beach.

Over the weekend, Ashley Tisdale and boyfriend Scott Speer demonstrated their patriotism by catching a few rays and going for a couple dips in Malibu.

While the High School Musical star and her video-directing man clearly have a passion for music in common, there's one significant way in which they differ: Speer is a giant!

Tisdale and Speer were first spotted together in mid-April, a few weeks after Ashley ended her relationship with Jared Murillo.

Life is good for Ashley Tisdale.

The former High School Musical star has a new boyfriend (Scott Speer), a new movie coming out (Aliens in the Attic) and a new album on the way (Guilty Pleasure will be released on July 31).

But Tisdale isn't just sitting back and anticipating success. She's making it happen!
