Amber Carrington beat out quirky duo Midas Whale with Avril Lavigne's hit "I'm With You." Levine called her the "biggest surprise on my team."
Amy Whitcomb and Caroline Glaser paired off in a tough battle, but the latter survived with a performance of Little Talk's "Of Monster's and Men."
Levine's strongest competitor of the night was Judith Hill, who brought the house down with her rendition of the Willie Nelson classic "Always on My Mind."
Team Adam's other winner Monday was Sarah Simmons, who topped Warren Stone to advance to the live shows once the Knockouts are finished.
In Shakira's Knockout rounds, Karina Iglesias bested Monique Abbadie in what their coach called a battle of "powerhouse Latinas." And that it was!
Shakira then paired Garrett Gardner against Tawyna Reynolds in a tough matchup, but the former won with an effort that was polished and confident.
Perhaps Shakira's strongest round pitted Sasha Allen against Shawna P. Allen. The former won, and was called a frontrunner more than one time.
Others advancing for Team Shakira Monday night included Kris Thomas, who won his round over Cuban-born Mary Miranda and will sing on.
