Miley Cyrus Platinum Hair: Love It or Loathe It?

Miley Cyrus has done it again.

The singer debuted a new hair color over the weekend, keeping her locks short but dyeing them blue. Sorry!!! Not blue.

"My hurrr ain't blue," Cyrus Tweeted. "That s--ts PLATINUM."

Okay, okay. We hear ya, Miles. But is that s--t an improvement?
