Kim Kardashian Divorce Scenes: Scripted! Phony!

by at .  Updated at .

This just in: Keeping Up with the Kardashians is actually a scripted series that films multiple takes and even concocts scenes to fit preconceived storylines.

We'll wait for your shock to die down before we continue...

  • Kim Kardashian Street Shot
  • Kris Humphries with Coffee

Such news isn't exactly breaking for most viewers, but actual proof now exists - in the form of leaked court documents - and it may spell trouble for Kim Kardashian's divorce case against Kris Humphries.

On February 4, Keeping Up With the Kardashians producer Russell Jay was deposed as part of the never-ending battle between Kim and Kris, admitting under oath that the series reshot/edited at least two scenes which painted Humphries in a negative light.

Here is what Jay said:

  • Kardashian was aware of Humphries' proposal before it happened. She even asked for a second take because she wasn't satisfied with her initial reaction.
  • In a memorable scene, Kardashian admits to Kris Jenner that she is having problems in her marriage - but this scene was filmed AFTER she already filed for divorce in October 2011.
  • In another scene, Humphries is made to look like a fool when he earns Kim's ire after throwing a party with her out of town. But Kim was present in the hotel the entire time this went down and was well aware of everything.

Kris feels vindicated,” a friend tells Life & Style of these revelations. “It’s obvious they were trying to tarnish his reputation. This will prove how fake Kim and the show are."

Humphries' family recently came out and showed support for the basketball player, reiterating the belief that the marriage was a sham and Kris was a victim of a fame-obsessed Kris Jenner.

Will this argument get him anywhere in court? Will these documents result in a major payday? How does any of this "vindicate" Kris in any way, considering he had to be complicit in the reshooting of his proposal and aware right off the bat that everything about the relationship was made-for-television?

We'll find out on May 6 when Kris and Kim meet before a judge. Finally.

If this article is true, that means a couple scenes were edited, out of hundreds they've done. Wow, that's alot, isn't it? That "proves" the whole show is scripted, doesn't it? Use your brain! If the people at E decided to cancel the show, there goes their highest rated show on the network! They'd be the dumbest execs a network's ever had. I hope you don't run a business, you'd take it under no doubt.

There is a huge difference between a show being edited and scripted. Do you people not see that? What you've showed, if true, is that the show is edited, not scripted. I hope you people are smart enough to tell the difference. It's funny, when someone says pro sports are rigged, everyone denies it, claiming there's too many people in on the fix. Yet, there's a ton of people in on reality TV being scripted, if it is, can't we argue the same thing? I am about 99.5% sure pro sports are rigged, about 50% sure reality TV is scripted. Anyway, if the show is rigged, doesn't that state as much about Kris as Kim? Doesn't that state the same thing with all the other guests on the show as well? As usual, they'll single Kim out.

So what you are saying is that you believe the show to be accurate and real??? Wow. That is just sad. There is nothing about the show that is real. It is completely fake and scripted. I think you are the only one who thinks it is real. They sure have you snowed. I have some ocean front property in Oklahoma I'll sell you really cheap.

Actually, what they stated was a couple scenes redone. They likely did that for the sake of TV. Two scenes out of all the scenes that the show has done is very little. What does that say for the rest of them? Are they perhaps legit? See, society has things backwards. Many will claim reality TV is scripted, while their beloved sporting events aren't. I take it the opposite, reality TV is probably mostly legit, with a couple scenes that might have been changed for the purpose of TV. Pro sports are very rigged, I think that's been proven without a doubt, yet few people will ever admit it. Also, the political system is very very likely rigged, which is why I don't vote.

Kim does need to stay out of the spot light because 90 percent of the world is sick of her, as for money i think she needs guidence on money not buying happiness, status or mean ur a celebrity. its insulting to struggling solo mums like me that this spoilt little bitch get millions for making a sex tape (that was also planned), and being famous for havin a fat ass, famous for what sorry? oh ur a reality star? well ur acting sux coz ur shows scripted i hate the kardashians, E entertainment needs to cut the show its sooooo over kill and its all fake, so i guess the E channells in on it too so their just as guilty, not that anyone watchs E channel or tehir shows coz its all about rich celebrities, mean while the rest of us struggle

90% of the world is sick of Kim? Are you really that stupid? Most people aren't sick of her, even in the west. Then you take in the East, you probably have about 0.5% of the world's population who are sick of her, especially since most in the third world don't even know her. Even in America, only a tiny minority are sick of her, it only seems like more because many of them are busy creating different user accounts and whining up a storm every time they see her name. There's a thing called help, you people clearly need it.

Matt you truly are delusional. Go read the comments on any post about Kim and see for yourself how sick of her everyone is. Don't kid yourself...she is one of the most hated women at this time.

My comment was simple, and if you understood it, you would not have stated what you did. It was stated that 90% of the world's population is sick of Kim, which is a joke. That's the comment you should be going after, not mine, but I guess since both of you hate Kim, as usual, you guys will always stick up for each other. Much of the world doesn't know she exists, including many in the second and third world, who know little about our entertainment in the first place. Even among Americans, most don't hate her. Some of the ones who do are very vocal, constantly crying and moaning, which makes the numbers appear to be different than they are. I've actually never met anyone who truly hates Kim. Overall, I think the people who truly hate her are far in the minority. Never once did I deny she's hated, it's just not as much as some think. Her 17.5 million followers on Twitter speak volumes about her popularity.
