Dan Marino has never won a Super Bowl.
But the former Miami Dolphins quarterback and current CBS analyst has now earned some headlines during Super Bowl week, admitting today that he fathered a child in 2005 with a network employee named Donna Savattere.
"I take full responsibility both personally and financially for my actions now as I did then. We mutually agreed to keep our arrangement private to protect all parties involved," Marino told The New York Post of the scandal, which resulted in a daughter named Chloe, adding:
"My wife and I have been married for almost 30 years and have six children together. And we continue to be a strong and loving family."
In other scandalous NFL news, 49ers cornerback Chris Culliver is very sorry for saying he's be grossed out by a gay teammate.
