Amanda Bynes Scolds Paparazzi Outside Justin Bieber Concert, Flags Down Cab and Peaces Out

For a self-proclaimed "retired actress" looking to be left alone by the public, Amanda Bynes has a way of popping up out of nowhere and commanding attention.

Case in point? Bynes stumbled upon a group of celebrity gossip photographers waiting to snap a picture of Justin Bieber while walking down a New York City sidewalk.

Once she realized her mistake, she tried to cover her face with her scarf, then successfully flagged down a cab. Yet moments later, she made the cab driver pull over.

So she could go back and give the paparazzi a piece of her mind, obviously.

The troubled star scolded them for stalking Bieber illegally - they actually weren't - and then hopped back in the cab and headed straight to Bergdorf Goodman.

Although this was the first time she'd been seen in public for some time, Bynes has made her presence known online, last surfacing in a turban on Instagram.

It's been a rocky road for Bynes, and an unpredictable one to boot. Earlier this year, she asked President Obama to fire the cop who arrested her for DUI.

Here's hoping it doesn't end badly for her. She hates being compared to Lindsay Lohan, but the comparison is becoming inevitable and increasingly accurate.
