The Real Housewives of Atlanta Premiere Breaks Bravo Records

It's both official and baffling: viewers love The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Sunday night's Season 5 opener earned record ratings for Bravo, as the network announced in a press release soon afterward that it was the most-watched premiere in the history of the channel.

“Raking in over 3.2 million total viewers and over 2 million adults 18-49, the episode was up 11 percent among total viewers compared to the previous season four premiere," Bravo said in the statement. "Additionally, this was the highest-rated season premiere for the series among all key demos."
