Rosie O'Donnell Pretends to Love Honey Boo Boo

Rosie O'Donnell really, really loves and respects Alana Thompson.

Okay, not really.

But the comedian - fully recovered from a near-fatal heart attack and now married to Michelle Rounds - sat down for a joking interview with People this week in which she said:

"I love Mama June. I love Sugar Bear. I love Chubbs. I love 'em all."

Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, of course, earned monstrous ratings for TLC this summer and will return in the fall/winter with more episodes.

Of the seven-year old at the center of it all, Rosie says: "She has a presence and an intellect that goes way beyond her years."

And O'Donnell concludes that she may one day take a trek fo McIntyre, Georgia: "I'd love to meet them and buy them a house."

She's kidding. We assume. We really, really hope.
