Hulk Hogan Threatens to Sue Over Sex Tape Release

Yes, a Hulk Hogan sex tape really is out there.

And, no, the former WWE superstar is not denying it. Instead, he's following the same approach taken by every other celebrity involved in such a supposed scandal.

What 'cha gonna do, supposedly evil video distributors, when Hulk Hogan and his legal team run wild on you?!?

TMZ confirms Hogan is threatening to sue Gawker if it does not remove the footage currently posted on its site.

"This tape was made secretly without Hulk's knowledge or permission," says Hulk's attorney, David R. Houston. "We are going to do everything in our power to figure out who did it. Anyone displaying the tape will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law."

Gawker says it was given the video - for free - from an anonymous individual.

In the tape, Hogan is seen receiving oral sex from a woman purported to be Heather Clem, the ex-wife of his close pal, DJ Bubba the Love Sponge.

It's unclear when the footage was filmed, but Hogan married Jennifer McDaniel in December 2010.

It's also unclear what effect this will have on daughter Brooke Hogan, but she's likely a lost cause already.

    The Hulkster is acting like such a stupid and washed-up old fool. I mean...come on...it's common knowledge that, sooner or later, sex tapes featuring celebrities get released. Hulk being in that sex tape is just as ridiculous as his ex-wife Linda's recent arrest for DUI. And Eric...no offense, dude, but your comment really made me laugh. LOL!!!!!

    This is just a wild guess . I think Bubba had hogan sleep with his wife , so bubba could get rid of his wife .Then on the backside sell the video for money to help out hogan. Kill two birds with one stone.
