Stars React to Colorado Shooting, Push for Gun Control Laws
by Hilton Hater at .Amidst the sadness and shock over the fatal Aurora, Colorado shooting at a Dark Knight Rises screening early Friday morning, many celebrities have taken to Twitter to express their sympathy for the victims and their families.
Many have also used this as an opportunity to push for stricter gun laws, an area in which President Barack Obama has been considered a total failure by The Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence.

Cory Monteith: guns don't kill people, people do etc.. but until we can fix society somehow you probably shouldn't be able to buy AR-15's at a fishing shop ... such a senseless tragedy. when are we going to reconsider the role of guns in society? how many more times does this have to happen?

@Truth: I think your Obama education is showing its "truth". Truth do me a favor and answer my question, Have you seen "Boyz n The Hood" or Menace To Society"? What do those movies glorify? Black on Black violence, correct? Now, for some real truth. Stupid, sick, deranged, angry, and desperate people kill people, not guns. Guns are tools nothing more. These tools are primarily used for protection by responsible Americans to protect themselves from these sick, stupid people. And white people are not the only ones killing people, there are just the ones the media likes to run with. Funny because murder,and bomb making are illegal and banned in this country but that didn't stop him from killing people and rigging his apartment to explode,how could he just ignore the law completely......why does anyone think a ban on guns would stop anyone but a law abiding citizen.. Our laws are only as strong as the people who follow them,banning something only stops people who were not the problem in the first place..
