Can we hand Melanie Amaro The X Factor title now, please?

The season-long front-runner proved once again last night that she clearly has the best voice in the competition, singing a duet with R. Kelly on "I Believe I Can Fly" and matching the iconic artist note-for-note.

She then went with "Listen" for her second cover and even L.A. Reid had to gush. "That was a $50 million performance," the often-picky judge told Amaro, while Simon Cowell added that Melanie should be the show's first winner.

We agree. Do you?

    Melanie is a great singer, so is Josh and so is Chris Renee, they will all have some kind of deal going on for them. but I am disappointed that Josh never cleaned himself up to be a star that he wants to be, he always looks so grungy and yuck. Melanie vocals are so slangish, she just doesnt come across as ? I dont know. Chris has shown improvement all along, not only with his rehab, but he has cleaned himself up to present himself to look good, he is strong in his performance, he is talented, and he is entertaining. He has the IT X Factor. its not about the best singer, its who has the X Factor. and I think Chris Renee does. but I do wish them all well and will not be disappointed if Melanie does win.
