Madonna's apology to the hydrangeas of the world was poignant and touching.

Until it wasn't. Then it got hilarious. Well played, Madge. Well. Played.

Titled "A love letter to hydrangeas," Madonna posted a video on YouTube in response to the viral clip circulating online in which the Material Girl, unaware she's being taped, hates on hydrangeas gifted her by a fan in Venice.

    Madonna, retire, please. Or hide like Michael Jackson.... I don' t know. Every move u make since I am like 6 y.o. is very studied and planned. Every "shocking" attitude is soooooo over calculated. It's exhausting for us. I guess it must be for u too. Please, leave the world alone. We are TIRED of ur publicity plans posed as authenticity.
