Maria Shriver Moves On With $10M Mansion

Maria Shriver waited a long time to divorce Arnold Schwarzenegger, but now that she has, she's not waiting for it to become final to move on.

She's purchased some swanky new digs.

The Sperminator's estranged wife is buying a $10 million home in Brentwood, a posh area of L.A. The home is near the one she shared with Arnold.

The couple is determined to keep their divorce amicable, with both Arnold and Maria getting joint custody of their two minor children, both teens.

The proximity of the two homes will make shared custody easier. Maria's purchase has not been finalized yet but reports say it will close soon.

Sources say Maria had been unhappy with Arnold and mulling a split for years, but his love child with Maria Patricia Baena was the last straw.
