Kate Middleton's Wedding Dress: First Look!
Kate Middleton made her historic wedding day entrance this morning in style.
Arriving via car with her father Michael Middleton, the royal bride stepped out and at long last debuted her beautiful wedding dress: An Alexander McQueen gown custom-designed by Sarah Burton, the label's creative director.
The stunning gown features a long veil, with lace covering up Middleton's bare arms and shoulders. Prince William's bride reportedly did her own makeup. Her hair? Half up, half down, with a white veil and white ring atop her head.

Why would you dress down when all around you everybody's dressed to the hilt ? You wanna be the ONE that people faint over.. You're supposed to be turning into a princess, not just look good. It looked like a mother of the bride dress with a long train. YUCK...& the veil ? looked like a burial shroud or burka. Very let down... I've seen better on Say Yes To The Dress.

I wasn't too fond of the dress at first. I felt like more could have been added to it. But after watching the wedding and looking at the dress again, I actually love it. Its elegant and modern, and just made for Kate. Most brides want to feel like a pricness when they walk down the aisle, but Kate is actually married into royalty no matter what she has on. So to all the negative comments, give Kate a break and lay off. She's still getting use to the lifestyle.
