Joe Francis Accused of Battery By Woman
Joe Francis is once again in legal hot water, finding himself in the middle of a police investigation after a woman told cops he pushed her to the ground.
The woman told police she met Joe at a Hollywood night club late Friday night and agreed to go back to his home, where they got into an altercation.
Joe shoved her to the ground, she claims, causing minor injuries. She left, called the police and filed a report naming the sleazebag as the assailant.
Douchenozzle? Yes. Batterer? Inconclusive.
The Girls Gone Wild kingpin is not a stranger to accusations of battery by women (see Nicole, Jayde) or running afoul of the law in general. It's quite common.
Just a few days ago, in fact, he was indicted for stiffing the Wynn Hotel in Vegas out of millions n gambling debt. As usual, he claims he's the victim here.
"I am a huge target for false allegations," he said in a statement. "My bodyguard, who is a reserve Sheriff, is always present at my house for any party."
"The only thing I witnessed last week was a girl being struck by another girl - who was then subsequently removed by my bodyguard. I have not been contacted by anyone regarding this matter but I am happy to talk to them if contacted."
Christina McLarty, you're better off single. Just saying.
