Chris Medina Brings American Idol Viewers, Judges to Tears

But that didn't make his Milwaukee audition any less emotional, as Medina recounted the story of his fiancee, Juliana, who got into a horrific car accident in October 29 and remained in a coma for over a month before awakening with brain damage.
Soon after impressing the panel with his sheer vocal talent on "Break Even," Medina wheeled Juliana into the studio, where all three judges greeted her before announcing the news: her man was headed to Hollywood! Watch the heartwarming tale in its entirety now:
