Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey: We're Engaged!
After fours years of dating, Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey have announced their engagement. Said the pair in a statement:
"We're excited and incredibly happy about our engagement and we look forward to a wonderful future together."
Lachey rose to fame thanks to his first marriage, as he and Jessica Simpson chronicled their relationship in the kind of reality show that wasn't common place back in the day. They got divorced soon after it went off the air.
Minnillo is a former MTV VJ and aspiring actress. She guest-starred on CSI: NY last year alongside Kim Kardashian, an ex-girlfriend of her new fiance.
We wish these two all the best and have one piece of advice for the duo: a couple that does NOT film a reality show together stays together.

Jessica and Nick got married at a young age and being in holloywood seems to be difficult.I love Nick and Jessica together!! what a great couple.. I hope one day they realize they are made for each other.. COME ON GUYS I AM ROOTING FOR YOU..

Come on guys.dont hate. just because hes not with jess doesnt mean u have 2 hate on vanessa. shes the one who filed for divores. plus they make a way better couple.there in love what can u say.

Don't care about this couple @ all!! Now if it was jessica and nick, that's another story. I loved them!!! Unfortunately thatll never happen! Vanessa go hide under a rock and don't come out!!

So why are we suppose to care about this couple. As celebs they seem to mean almost nothing. This article would have been more interesting if it was about Heidi Montag farting in public.

I still wish Nick and Jessica were together you could tell the way he looked at her he was so in love. Nick and Vannessa are boring. To me she is no Jessica Simpson. To bad Nick and Jessica broke up they were such a fun and loving couple.

Eeek... I have not been impressed by her ever.. infact watching her on true beauty makes me laugh because she's so not a 'true beauty'. She is kidding herself if she doesn't think she'd fail some of those stunts they put her up to. You can just 'tell' about her. Anyways, I don't have much to say about him. I did kind of wish that they would break up because I like Jessica Simpson and it would be nice if she didn't have to watch him happy with the first chick he'd seriously dated since their divorce. Who in Hollywood ever lasts anyways though?

I am happy for them. Even on the Newlywed show, you could see what a good husband he was and how much effort he tried to put into his marriage. I hope they have a long happy life together.

She looks like his mom. She looks TWICE AS OLD as he does. He looks chubby, but she looks old.
