Now, they've made us realize that even the most annoying of staged photo opportunities and public gushing isn't enough to maintain a relationship: Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jamie Kennedy have broken up.
No other details are available at this time.
The couple started dating in March 2009. Around that time, Kennedy told Ryan Seacrest he had found the perfect woman, saying:
"I'm in love! It's like, 'Wow, you are hot. You can sing, you can dance, you're like, so smart and, wow, you can cook pasta fagioli, too.'"
Alas, those qualities will now be someone else's to enjoy. Hewitt and Kennedy will still have to work together on the set of Ghost Whisperer.

love is so pretty but jamie's face could use some work. but i think everyone agrees when i say david conrad(jim) should have went out with love not jamie.
I hate to sound ugly, but I gave a little cheer when I heard this news. Friday nights are slim pickings (television-wise), but I moderately enjoyed her show, Ghost Whisperer, before Kennedy's growing role on and off the screen with his co-star. His character was annoying enough, but after they started dating in real-life, every other scene had him in it. I suppose it's too much to hope that his character will take a nosedive off a cliff, but who knows. Maybe all that "we're still friends" stuff is a load of BS and they'll axe him.
