Why didn't the parent smack the kid upside his head and tell him to be quiet. She is just as guilty for not teaching him any manners obviously. No pity for his screaming-he deserved the pain and maybe next time will think twice before being mouthy. Anyway, once off the tram, he didn't scream anymore.
