Shirley Dieu Sues Dr. Phil For Brainwashing Her

Just in case you thought you'd heard everything, a woman is Shirley Dieu is suing TV shrink/blowhard Dr. Phil for holding her captive inside his office.

During her alleged time in captivity, Dieu says that Phil forced her to stare at a naked man for some reason. He also grabbed one of her boobs there.

According to the suit, she went to Phil to seek therapy, but claims he tried to "brainwash" her and force her to endure physical and emotional abuse.

The incident supposedly took place in 2007.

She's probably full of it, but the guy tried to cash on Britney Spears' meltdown and supposedly on Mindy McCready's suicide attempt, so who knows.

Shirley claims Phil forced her to "be in the same room with a completely naked live man while he exposed his entire naked body, genitals and all."

A copy of Phil's latest bestseller.

At that point, she alleges she tried to escape the building, but "was blocked by the staff to prevent her from leaving." Sounds downright cult-ish.

In the court documents filed yesterday, Shirley also claims Phil "touched her left breast during her therapy session." Likely on purpose. Bad doc!

Shirley also claims Phil lied to her about being a "real" doctor, alleging that the TV shrink "is not licensed to practice in the state of California."

How much money the traumatized patient wants to receive from Dr. Phil was not directly specified, but we don't suppose it's a small amount.

Nor should it be. Might as well go for broke with a frivolous lawsuit against a fame-crazed blowhard if you're going to file it in the first place.

It wouldn't surprise me if it were true. It didn't sound like he explicitly denied the allegations either, just that she went to him for help and he was trying to help her. Maybe that is his sick idea of help. He'll find a way to justify it. He has had problems with unethical sexual conduct in the past which is why he no longer has a license to practice. She may have waited two years because that is the statute of limitations. Sometimes people wait because they don't fully grasp the extent of the harm for several months especially if it's emotional rather than physical. A few different women have corroborated her story as well. Not saying the allegations are true just that it wouldn't shock me.

It just blows my mind everytime I read this. You think that if he really did do this to her way would she wait 2 years before reporting it. I mean if you are going to try and pull a fast one you think that you would report it at least with in the first 6 months not 2 -10 years down the road. So in my mind it really didn't bother her as much as she is claiming. "If in case it even did happen"
