Susan Boyle: Exhausted Again!

by at . Comments

This may be a problem for any future Susan Boyle has as a musician.

The singer is too tired to perform on back-to-back nights, as reports from the Britain's Got Talent tour say the runner-up failed to take the stage this weekend.

The Scottish sensation had given rousing renditions in three shows over two days late last week, but did not take part in the Manchester leg of the national tour on Saturday evening; it's unclear if she'll be well enough for tonight's show in Glasgow.

"She has been advised to rest today. She has done three amazing performances but she is being advised to rest," a source told the UK's Daily Mail. "She is really disappointed because she wants to be out there performing but she has been advised to have this rest. She sends her sincere apologies to her fans for not appearing in Manchester."

Seen here, Susan Boyle thrilled fans with "I Dreamed A Dream" in Birmingham, England on Friday night.

It's was a mere two weeks ago that the 48-year-old checked into a private clinic, suffering from exhaustion. Insiders said she was having trouble adjusting to the recent, immense pressure and public interest that has sprung up around her in such a short period of time.

Get better, SuBo!

This is very snide and untrue, actually. Susan Boyle performed three concerts in 24 hours - one evening, the next afternoon and that same night. One show Friday and two shows Saturday. As the tour announced could happen, she then took Sunday off. Now she's back and performed two shows on Monday. She will perform two shows on Tuesday. The tour promoters were clear that Susan Boyle is recording a CD at the same time as the tour, and is just out of the hospital on top of it. So, they were always clear that she wouldn't be at all tour stops. Just google it to find the info. They want her to be well and healthy - not just a commodity.
