No, not at the same time. But on the same day.

After rolling into Miami on Saturday, Britney Spears' Circus Tour featured a sideshow for a worthy cause: a visit to 40 sick children at Miami Children's Hospital.

"Britney took pictures with the kids and she gave them autographed pictures," hospital spokesperson Cristene Martinez told People. "The kids were so excited to meet Britney, and having her here was a great distraction for them."

No word on whether the kids were invited to Britney Spears' kid-friendly show at the America Airlines Arena that followed. We kind of hope not, for their sake.

If they did, their parents basically paid $150 to take them to a gentlemen's club.

Seriously, the girl looks way too comfortable gripping that pole. At least she has a career to fall back on if the economy dries up her ticket and music sales.
