As you've probably heard, Ronda Rousey lost to Holly Holm in a stunning upset at UFC 193 on Saturday night.
In the days since, the 28-year-old fighter has been radio silent on social media and there have been rumors that Rousey will need to undergo plastic surgery due to extensive damage to her nose and mouth.
Earlier today, Rousey appeared in public for the first time since losing her bantamweight title, and the usually outspoken star refused to speak to the press.
Even more troubling for fans of the former champ is the fact that Rousey carefully hid her face from paparazzi cameras while making her way through LAX.
Ronda's boyfriend Travis Browne was also not in a mood to talk, and we have to pay grudging respect to the paps who persisted in questioning the couple, even though either party could break them in half.
UFC president Dana White has stated that Rousey is "depressed" following her defeat, but he also claims she's eager to recover so that she can square off against Holm in a rematch.
Here's hoping for a speedy recovery for Ronda.
That rematch should easily top Mayweather vs. Pacquiao as the real fight of the century!
