As we inch closer to the premiere of Girl Meets World, let’s take a look back to its predecessor. See the cast of Boy Meets World today!
Boy Meets World

It might not be Thursday, but here’s a throwback to the cast of Boy Meets World, minus Danielle Fishel, who WASN’T a series regular at first.
Ben Savage

The boy who met the world, Ben Savage, is set to reprise his role as Cory Matthews for the upcoming Girl Meets World.
William Russ

William Russ is most well-known for his role as Alan Matthews. Since the end of Boy Meets World, he’s gone on to be the star of a comedy web series Home At Last.
Betsy Randle

Betsy Randle played Amy Matthews, mom to Cory, Eric, and Morgan. After Boy Meets World she had several guest roles on popular television shows.
Will Friedle

After playing Eric Matthews on Boy Meets World, Will Friedle went on to become a voice actor, making small appearances in films and television series along the way. How he didn’t end up a hearthrob on a CW show is anybody’s guess.
Rider Strong

Rider Strong played Shawn Hunter, Cory Matthews’ best friend on Boy Meets World. While he, at one point, declined to reprise his role for Girl Meets World, he is expected to appear during a holiday special.
Lily Nicksay

Morgan Matthews is all grown up! Lily Nicksay gave life to the little sister in the Matthews house before going on to appear in Judging Amy and 8 Simple Rules.
William Daniels

FEEEEEENYYYY!!! Mr. Feeny, William Daniels, was the beloved principal and mentor to the Boy Meets World gang. He then became a mentor to a young Dr. Christina Yang on Grey’s Anatomy. He’ll be returning to the small screen for Girl Meets World.
Matthew Lawrence

In later seasons of Boy Meets World, Matthew Lawrence appeared as Shawn Hunter’s long-lost brother and Eric’s roommate. He now stars alongside big brother Joey Lawrence on Melissa & Joey.
