Walt Disney Studios has made a major announcement: Star Wars Episode VIII will be titled… THE LAST JEDI!
Wrote the company in a press release:
We have the greatest fans in this or any other galaxy. In appreciation of the fans, we wanted them to be the first to know the title of the next chapter in the Skywalker saga: STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI.
As you might expect, it didn’t take long for fans to react to this name. In a mostly positive manner!
