About three months prior to one of the most anticipated says in British history, Kensington Palace came out and made an announcement.

Several announcements, actually.

Along with confirming the wedding date for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, the Royal Family provided the public with an endless array of important details regarding what's to come for the couple on their HUGE day.

When should you set your alarm? Where will Meghan and Harry go immediately after exchanging vows?

1. The Date

May 19, 2018. The Palace confirmed this date not long after the stars got engaged.

2. The Location

St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle, England. It's hard to imagine a much more romantic venue.

3. The Time

The service will begin at 12 p.m. U.K. time, which is 7 a.m. EST/4 a.m. PST. Set your alarms early, West Coast residents!

4. The First Act as Newlyweds

The First Act as Newlyweds
After getting married, Markle and her prince will ride in a horse-carriage through the streets of Windsor. The carriage procession will depart an hour later after they exchange vows, at 8 a.m. EST/5 a.m. PST.

6. The New Names

The stars will be married by the Archbishop of Canterbury The Most Revd. and Rt Hon. Justin Welby. He will conduct the marriage ceremony itself, but the full service at the chapel will be led by The Rt Revd. David Conner, the Dean of Windsor.

Following the wedding, Harry and his bride will parade through the streets, departing Windsor Castle via Castle Hill and preceding along the High Street through Windsor Town before returning to the castle along the Long Walk.

“They hope this short journey will provide an opportunity for more people to come together around Windsor and to enjoy the atmosphere of this special day,” reads the statement from Kensington Palace.

It's unclear at the moment just how many people have been invited. But those who receive one of the golden tickets will be invited to a reception at St. George’s Hall, one of the most beautiful state rooms inside the castle. The couple will then join the reception after returning from its carriage procession.

After a break in the late afternoon, there will be a private evening reception given by Harry’s very famous father, Prince Charles.

Markle and Harry have been dating since July 2016 and were first revealed as a couple in October 2016. They were set up to be a couple by a mutual friend.

Prince Harry presented Markle with a custom made $1 million three carat cushion cut diamond with two side diamonds flanking the center stone when he proposed. It's a beautiful ring... and it was a beautiful gesture.

Harry and Markle announced their engagement on November 27, 2017. Said the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in response: "We are very excited for Harry and Meghan. It has been wonderful getting to know Meghan and to see how happy she and Harry are together."
