On Jersey Shore Family Vacation Part 2 (side note: MTV, feel free to trim down that title. Everyone just calls it Jersey Shore, anyway.) most of the drama centers around Ronnie Magro’s relationship with Jen Harley, or the sexual tension between Vinny and Angelina.
But in the real world, it’s the sad story of Jenni “JWoww” Farley and Roger Mathews that’s captured the attention of Shore fans.
In case you haven’t heard Jenni has filed for divorce from Roger, but he’s not willing to give up on his marriage.
Mathews has been pleading with Farley for a second chance, but it seems she has her mind made up.
However, Roger isn’t willing to admit defeat — in fact, he’s ramping up his efforts to win Jenni back.

It wasn’t all that long ago that Roger and Jenni were still doing public appearances as a couple, still very much in love as far as fans knew.

Part of the problem, it seems, is that Jenni has been focusing on the return of Shore, which has required nearly non-stop work and travel.

“She realized she is still young, and she doesn’t have to give up her career just because she is a mom,†the insider said.

On Halloween, Jenni and Roger posted a photo together, leading some fans to the conclusion that they had mended their relationship.
A Temporary Situation
Sadly, it seems that was a one-day reunion for the sake of Roger and Jenni’s kids.

“Jenni arranged a Halloween family photo shoot for daughter Meilani over the weekend because she’s obsessed with Disney and Moana, but that’s the only reason she did it,” says the insider.
