The fallout from Jenelle Evans’ insane road rage incident has officially begun.
According to a new report from The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, Jenelle’s second baby daddy, Nathan Griffith, has filed for sole custody of his son, Kaiser.
In court documents, Nathan argues that Jenelle and her husband, David Eason, have created an unsafe environment for their children due to their drug use and anger issues.
In addition to petitioning for a change in his custody arrangement, Nathan wants the court to prohibit David from having any contact with David.
Needless to say, this situation has the potential to get very ugly.
Here’s what we know about the battle so far …
Father and Son
Nathan currently has partial custody of Kaiser. Teen Mom 2 fans have long suspected that he would eventually file to alter that arrangement.
Making Moves
According to The Ashley, Nathan filed paperwork last Tuesday in hopes of being granted sole physical custody of Kaiser.
What Prompted the Move?

Many fans have assumed that the Nathan’s legal action is the result of new information about an incident in which Jenelle chased another driver to his home, where she brandished a weapon. But that might not be the case …
Two Bad Parents
It seems Nathan simply feels that the environment in Jenelle’s home is unfit for children, due in large part to David Eason and his famously explosive temper.
Concerns For Kaiser

In his filing, Griffith claims that a âÂÂsubstantial change has occurredâ in Kaiser, and he believes that Eason is primarily to blame.
Nathan vs. David
Griffith argues that Eason is a âÂÂviolent person who is a danger to [Kaiser].” He adds that Eason will have âÂÂa detrimental effect on the minor child unless the custody order is modified.âÂÂ
Jenelle on Trial

Of course, Nathan doesn’t let his ex-fiancee off the hook, either. In fact, he argues that her infamous temper and negligent parenting make her a constant danger to her children.
Stating the Obvious
Nathan also alleged that both Jenelle and David âÂÂhave drug dependency and substance abuse issues.âÂÂ
Plenty of Evidence
Needless to say, he shouldn’t have a very hard time proving that one in court, as Jenelle’s love of substances has been well documented on TM2.
They Tried to Make Her Go to Rehab
“[Jenelle] has been to rehab two to three times but upon information and belief has never completed the prescribed treatment,â Nathan’s filing reads.
Jenelle in a Cell
“[Jenelle] is frequently in criminal trouble and has been arrested more than 20 times,” Nathan’s lawyers argue.
Making a Strong Case
The filing even addresses the fact that Jenelle’s youngest daughter was born with THC in her system and Evans has admitted to smoking pot while pregnant.
The Goal

Nathan is petitioning the court to provide him âÂÂprimary care, custody and control of [Kaiser]â and visitation for Jenelle.
Eason Left Out
He also wants to ensure that Eason is not permitted to have contact with Kaiser at any time, for any reason.
What’s Best For Kai
His lawyers argue that Nathan is now capable of providing a âÂÂsuitable homeâ for his son to live in that is âÂÂconductive to the health, well-being and development of [Kaiser].âÂÂ
Stating His Case
“The Defendant is a fit and proper person to have primary care, custody and control of his minor child, and that it is in the childâÂÂs best interest that custody be modified as such,â the documents read.
A Devastating Blow
“[The Defendant] asks that [Jenelle] be awarded secondary custody in the form of visitation, and that [JenelleâÂÂs] spouse be prohibited from having contact with [Kaiser],â Griffith’s lawyers write.
An Open and Shut Case?
Needless to say, it’s almost impossible to imagine a judge finding in Jenelle’s favor, but this is far from a guaranteed victory for Nathan.
Fighting Back

Nathan’s mother, Doris Davidson, has already attempted to obtain emergency custody of Kaiser on several occasions and she’s been unsuccessful each time. Jenelle is a terrible mom, it’s true, but she’s a rich terrible mom with the best legal representation money can buy.
