JWoww Files For Restraining Order Against Husband; Roger Mathews Slams "Hate-Filled" Wife

Let’s Set the Stage Here

Farley and Mathews got married in October of 2015 and are the parents to Meilani Alexandra, 3, and Greyson Valor, 2.

Jenni Filed for Divorce in September 2018

Read the legal complaint from Farley at the time: “The Plaintiff and the Defendant have irreconcilable differences which have caused the breakdown of the marriage for a period of at least six months which make it appear that the marriage should be dissolved and that there is no prospect of reconciliation.”

“I am going to win my wife back,” Roger says in the video above, which he recorded the day after Jenni’s filing, adding: “I have no intentions on being a single dad. We’re in counseling so there is hope. It ain’t over ’till the fat lady sings.”

Look at Us, Being All Mature and Amicable!

Weeks after Jenni requested her divorce, the couple went out to dinner (as pictured above) in honor of their three-year wedding anniversary. This made it seem like they might get back together at least.

But Now?

Let’s just say we don’t see these two ever sharing a bed, or a meal, together again. Let us explain why…

This is the Short of It:

Farley was granted an order of protection against Mathews late Thursday night/early Friday morning. Mathews even got escorted out of their home by the police.

And This is the Long of It:

Mathews shared his side of the scandalous story on Instagram, filming himself from the backseat of a cop cruiser. He started as follows: “Alright, guys, I’m doing my best to stay composed right now, although I’m really upset for my children. My wife, earlier tonight, we had a disagreement because she’s leaving again tomorrow for work and promised my daughter that she would be hanging out with her all day, whereas my daughter has the flu.”

Mathews Didn’t Respond Well

He admitted as much in this same video, telling followers: “I took umbrage to it, and a little bit of a disagreement I would say ensued.”

But It’s ALL Jenni’s Fault!

Mathews then ranted and raved about Farley’s reaction to their argument, continuing: “Jenni became completely, uncontrollably emotional like she always does and said she was calling the police. And I said, ‘For what? What did I do?’ I said, ‘I’ll call the police myself.'”

Okay. Then What Happened?

“So I called the police because I knew she would make some sort of false police report, which is typically Jenni. The last two exes can [attest] to that. I got woken up about 2 o’clock in the morning … by two officers who said she contacted a judge and filed a restraining order.”

Wrote Roger as a Caption to This First Video:

“This is my liberty and my justice. Jenni has more fans than me and more influence than me but what she does not have and has never had is the truth on her side. There is no “my truth” there is only THE TRUTH” and the public is about to see that in its rawest form. No narration needed. Just stay tuned. Justice will prevail in the end. I have nothing to hide.”

Mathews Kept Going and Going, Too

“This is the level my ex wife takes it to after telling my kids their dad is a piece of sh-t and she’s sorry she ever had children with him,” he also wrote on Instagram. “She gets so emotional and irrational in her anger this is the level she brings it too. Saddest day of my life watching her tell my daughter ‘she is sorry she had children with your daddy’. The truth will come out. The truth will set you free. I will never stop fighting for my kids.”

She Cares More About Fame Than Her Kids

Continued Mathews: “I don’t go away for months at a time, for weeks at a time. I’m always there for my children. Always. And I’m not allowed to be there for my children anymore because somebody else is so hate filled that they would do that to the father of their children, to a great father to their children. It’s sad, man. It’s just sad.”

What is Wrong with This Woman???

Mathews continued to take the harshest digs possible at Jenni. To wit: “I’m not allowed to be there for my children anymore because somebody else is so hate-filled that they would do that to the father of their children, to a great father to their children.”

Is This How JWOWW Responded?

Did she film her own video? Did she cry? Did she try to earn sympathy from followers? No, actually.

She Kept It Very Simply with This Statement:

Point, set, match, Jenni? The fact that the restraining order was granted against Mathews does say almost everything from her point of view, doesn’t it?

A spokesperson for the Toms River Police Department has confirmed that police were dispatched to the couple’s home at approximately 1 a.m. on Friday “for a civil matter” and added: “Mr. Mathews was served with a Temporary Restraining Order and provided transportation to another location.”

Those Poor Kids

We always think of the children at the center of a dispute such as this, especially after Jenni recently opened up about her son’s autism diagnosis.

So Much for This Quote:

“We’re working on things, yeah, absolutely,” Mathews just told Us Weekly in November. “We spent eight years together so … I feel like there’s nothing that’s not fixable in our situation.”

Snooki posted actual home security footage from JWOWW’s home, which we’ve shared above. In this clip, Jenni tells officers on the scene that Mathews is “not a bad dad” and she doesn’t want to prevent him from seeing his kids.
