Jen Harley has spoken out for the first time since her recent arrest.
But the baby mama of Ronnie Ortiz-Magro could have saved herself some breath by simply sharing the shrug emoji.
In an interview with Radar Online, Harley does bring up the fact that she was taken into custody last month on an outstanding warrant for assault.
Yet, she doesn’t seem too bothered by it.
How does she feel about the situation these days? And will she really return to the small screen?

Let’s Go Over What Happened Again…
This past New Year’s Eve, Harley and Ronnie got into yet another heated argument. This was par for their unhealthy romantic course in 2018.
The Incident Went Down in a Nightclub
And it concluded at that establishment with Jen allegedly hurling a glass ashtray at her lover, smacking Ronnie in the face.
Major Ouch!
Ronnie shared this photo with Us Weekly shortly afterward, alleging the brusies you see were caused by Jen’s actions.
Ronnie and Jen Obviously Broke Up Afterward, Right?
Maybe? For a little while? But they shared the kiss pictured above on April 1 as part of an April Fool’s Day prank in which they pretended to get married.
That Was All for Fun…
… but what happened to Harley a short time later was the opposite of fun.
She Got Arrested
Harley was taken into custody on May 16 in Las Vegas and her bail was set at $3,000.
This Was Her Second Ronnie-Related Arrest in Just a Few Months

Last summer, Harley was also booked on an assault charge after she dragged Ronnie down the street by her car. We’re not making that incident up. It absolutely happened.
Why Was She Arrested This Time?
There was an outstanding warrant for misdemeanor domestic battery stemming from the previously-described New Year’s Eve fight.
Is Jen Worried About It?
Nah. âÂÂIt wasnâÂÂt that big of a deal. It was just from some old sh-t,” she now tells Radar Online in her first, post-arrest remarks.
Not a Big Deal?
This is how the Las Vegas Police Department described what happened very late last year: âÂÂOn January 3, 2019, a man came to an LVMPD substation to file a Battery Domestic Violence report against his girlfriend. According to the man, the alleged battery occurred on December 31, 2018 at approximately 11:43 p.m.âÂÂ
Whatever, Jen Insists
She also explainst to Radar why SHE actually called the police the night they discovered she had a warrant in her name and therefore had to place her under arrest: It was because she saw some dude with a gun.
Huh?!?
Harley told the website that her ordeal that evening started when she was in a park near her house and âÂÂthere was a van and a guy walking around and there was a gun that he had, and he seemed shady.” She subsequently called 911.
What Transpired from There?
According to Jen, when the cops arrived, they asked her name and informed her that she had an outstanding warrant from the back-and-forth with Ronnie six months earlier.
It Ain’t Ideal
âÂÂIt was a sh-tty situation,â Jen admits. âÂÂI gotta deal with the old sh-t. IâÂÂll get through it but it was sh-tty dealing with something like six months later.âÂÂ
It’s Not Like Jen Had Been a Fugitive
âÂÂI had no idea I even had a warrant,â she tells Radar.
Is She in the Clear Now?
Jen told Radar she appeared in court on May 22 and âÂÂI was told it was thrown out,â in regard the warrant for her arrest for the domestic battery charge. “TheyâÂÂre going to dismiss it,” she added.
This Stinks
“It does f-cking suck. IâÂÂm sick of the drama,” Harley now says, hopefully at least aware that she’s the one who has been causing most of the drama.
Half a Year Has Gone By, She Says
Almost six months after the New YearâÂÂs fracas, Jen told insists her life has changed.:âÂÂHopefully there is no more drama. Everything has been super chill, and this comes out of nowhere.”
Ronnie Has Actually Made a Major Effort to Change
He talked in detail several weeks ago about entering rehab this year for depression and alcoholism.
Ronnie Magro, Girlfriend

Said Ronnie about this decision: âÂÂIf IâÂÂm not taking care of myself, I canâÂÂt take care of my daughter. I canâÂÂt take care of my family. ThatâÂÂs something that IâÂÂve always thrived off of.”
But Here’s Our Question:
How much can Ronnie really hope to have turned around if he’s still with Harley? Isn’t it clear how awful they are for each other?
They’re Really Still an Item?!?
Well, Jen tells Radar that she’s in the middle of filming new Jersey Shore episodes with Ronnie, adding that cameras did NOT follow her to court this week.
Concluded Harley Here:
âÂÂI know people blow this up, but it isnâÂÂt that big of a deal.”
How Did Ronnie React to This Arrest?
By sharing this quote and, we guess, encouraging his occasional girlfriend to change — for the better.
Will She Do So?
Time will tell, we guess. And we’ll need to tune in to the new season of Jersey Shore to really find out.
