Over the weekend, we reported the shocking news that Ashley Martson and Jay Smith broke up again … for the third time.
That’s right, folks. They got back together late in the summer. Even though Jay had cheated and more.
Our guess is that it was right around when Jay and his mistress broke up in mid-September.
Now, Ashley is saying that Jay cheated on her yet again. If she’s surprised, she’s the only one who’s surprised. It’s what he does.
More shocking is that he allegedly impregnated a side piece this time. It was bound to happen sooner or later.
While Ashley has opened up about the split, Jay has now issued a statement to In Touch Weekly about his side of the story.
He insists that Ashley has an ulterior motive for saying what she has said. Take a look:
Oh no, here we go again …
Sometimes, history repeating itself between a couple is a beautiful thing. Sometimes, it’s just an ugly mess, and you don’t get much messier than the nonstop nonsense between Ashley Martson and Jay Smith.
They can’t seem to let go
Jay is rumored to have cheated on Ashley in Jamaica before they began the K-1 visa process. She still married him. Jay cheated on her after they were married, and they split … only to reconcile weeks later. Jay cheated on her again, and they broke up. Jay spent most of July behind bars for breaking a PFA order. And then … they got back together. WTF.
Yes, really
Ashley has now revealed that she and Jay got back together. There were warning signs — when she dropped the PFA, when they both showed up to the same event — but until now, there was no confirmation. As the meme says: Oh no, baby, what is you doing?
There is one piece of good news
If you’re looking for a silver lining, we know that this happened because they broke up … yet again.
Wanna guess why they split this time?
It rhymes with Gay Eating. … It’s Jay Cheating. He cheated. Again. And this time, it looks like that cheating created a complication.
Ashley opened up about it
“I’m a big believer in following your heart,” she began, as we previously reported. “And it is true that I took Jay back once again.”
Girl, no!
Following your heart can be a beautiful thing. But it really just exists to pump blood. Sometimes, using your brain — and Ashley is a smart and successful woman — to make romantic decisions is a much, much better idea.
She expects some backlash
“I know people will judge me,” Ashley admits. “And, while I can accept that, it was ultimately my decision.”
They’re not together anymore, though
“However, what my friend is saying turned out to be true,” Ashley continued.
At least he admitted it this time
“And Jay confirmed it himself on the phone,” Ashley revealed. “That he did indeed have another girl.”
And here’s the twist
Ashley said that this was a girl “who is claiming he got her pregnant.”
Is it true?
“He said he doesn’t believe her,”Ashley noted. “But they are going to get a test done.”
Paternity is kind of a moot point
“And regardless,” Ashley expressed. “It’s clear he cheated on me.”
She’s not happy about any of this
“I am distraught yet again,” Ashley concluded. “And am picking up the pieces and doing my best to move on.”
They’re over, officially
“I know that I only have myself to blame for the situation I’m in again,” Ashley acknowledged. “It’s no one’s fault but my own.”
Is this the last time?
Ashley says: “I can safely say I am, once and for all, done with Jay.”
Is that so?
Ashley has now broken up with him three times. Her heart or her horniness could lead her to take him back yet again, but only time will tell. Let’s hope that she’ll be okay.
What did Jay have to say?
At the time, he simply told In Touch Weekly: “That’s a lie.” Sure, Jay.
Now, Jay has made a new statement
“All I gotta say is I don’t need to lie to the media just to get attention,” Jay begins in a new statement to In Touch Weekly. Notably, he has more to say than just that.
He then says the least relatable sentence in the world
Jay adds: “The internet is not for me.” We suppose that he’s saying that he doesn’t feel welcomed online by fans because so many dislike him and the few who like him just want him to bone their brains out. That’s not really the internet’s fault. It’s his.
So … what’s this about a pregnant side piece?
“No one is pregnant from me,” Jay insists. Does that mean that they did the paternity test, does that mean that she’s no longer pregnant, does that mean that she was never pregnant? Or is he just saying it in the hopes that it’s true.
He wants to make that super clear
“No one is pregnant from me,” he insists. “That’s number one.” Bold words from a guy who looks like a perfect target for that Kylie Jenner “and the next thing I knew, I was pregnant” meme.
He takes the opportunity to shade Ashley
“I don’t really care about the attention,” Jay claims. “At least some people do, that’s why they’re making a scene out of everything.”
He just wants to live his life.
“I’m just going me. I’m just taking care of myself and just going on,” Jay says. “I don’t want no argument with no one. I’m just doing me.”
He doesn’t want to be judged
“A lot of people have me as the bad person already,” Jay correctly states. “So I don’t really need to waste my time to explain to people.”
He scoffs at fans believing “lies”
“If they’re going to believe lies and whatever, that’s on them. Not me,” he says.
He’s more focused on self-care
“I’m not wasting my time for no one,” Jay states. “I need all my time to waste on myself cause I need to take care of myself. And that’s it.”
He then drives home his point
“No one is pregnant from me, and that’s it,” he emphasizes.
He basically calls Ashley an attention slattern
“So, I guess some people just love attention because their analytics is going down on Instagram,” Jay says. “So they need attention so I guess they got attention. Yeah. That’s not me though.”
And that’s it
So, what do you believe? Unless Jay has had a vasectomy, how is he so sure that none of the ladies he’s smashed have come away pregnant? You bang enough fertile young women and sooner or later, your luck will run out.
As for Ashley …
Maybe she gave the interview because of Instagram analytics or whatever, but making up a breakup and a girl *claiming* to be pregnant doesn’t seem quite like Ashley’s style. Yes, we know that a lot of fans don’t trust her, but this is … very believable.
