David Eason has been a fixture on reality TV.
He posts regularly on social media.
His name pops up on a near-daily basis across various celebrity gossip websites.
And yet… Eason now says that no one really knows him.
In a new, surprising and revealing Instagram post, the polarizing estranged husband of Jenelle Evans takes followers way back, sharing a number of facts you might not know about him.
Do these facts excuse many of his actions? Heck no.

… this is someone who was fired by MTV for anti-LGBT remarks AND almost definitely broke his wife’s collarbone AND admitted to murdering his own family’s dog.

Yes. That’s our view and we’re sticking to it. But Eason is now trying to change the narrative… by opening up about all he’s been through in life.

Eason posted this shocking throwback photo on December 5, 2019. For what reason? To give followers a glimpse into his past.

“his is so embarrassing to post and a bad picture at that. My 15 year old skinny ass with a mop on my head, vitiligo just starting to appear on my face. I apparently had a girl beside me … And some jewelry in my ears,” wrote Eason to open the lengthy caption that accompanied this old photo.

Continued Eason here: “But what nobody sees is the fact that this was a 15 year old boy who had a full time job, bought a car before I had license. I even had my own house in three different places around this time. Moving from rental to rental yea, but hell I know some grown ass men that STILL do that.”
What Didn’t Kill Me Made Me Stronger
“I would be married and about to have my first child in just 3 more years after this picture was taken,” added Eason. “I’ve always had it tough on my path through life. I learned to get through by focusing on the day I have been given and learning from my past.”
Bring It, Haters!
“So go ahead, laugh it up just remember nobody knows my story,” proclaimed the ex-reality star. “I’ve been handed the shit end of the stick more than anyone I know but I always make it through one way or another.”

Eason concluded with a message to both fans and critics, wrapping up his post by preparing the world for some serious truth bombs: “God bless everyone who believes in me, I can’t wait to give you my truth.”
What Does He Mean?
We have no idea. But Eason has been trying hard to convince folks that he’s a responsible father and has been falsely accused of so many things.

Following several months of a roller coaster union, Evans announced on October 31 that she was leaving Eason.

“With time away from Teen Mom, I’ve started to look at my life differently and I know I need to make changes. I’m starting that now,” the former MTV personality wrote on Instagram at the time.
What Has Eason Said in Response?
A whole lot! Heck, he even accused Evans of stealing daughter Ensley, one of many wayward allegations he has leveled in recent weeks.
And What Has Jenelle Said?
Nothing negative on social media, actually. She’s remained impressively disciplined. However, the mother of three HAS spoken out — in damning fashion — via a recent legal document filing.

Evans was granted a restraining order against Eason after detailing 11 times in which she says David either threatened or assaulted her or someone she knows.
This Guy is Nuts!
“Because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons, I am scared for my life and my children’s well-being,†Evans wrote in these court documents.
Seriously, Guys, He’s a Monster
“Given his actions,” Evans continued of text messages he allegedly sent after she left him, “and knowing his temperament, I believe he was implying that he would kill himself if I do not come back to him… For all of these reasons, I’m afraid that David will harm me or my children, and that he will continue to threaten me using text messages, phone calls or on the internet.”
How Did the Court Rule?
For the time being, Eason is now allowed to go near any of Jenelle’s kids or Jenelle herself. He isn’t allowed to directly address Jenelle, either, on social media… which is why he now posts more broad and mysterious messages.
