• Intern Wendy (finally) gets a modicum of recognition; discovers that MSNBC’s negotiations with Rosie likely fell through because the unimaginative suits were unable to accommodate her demand for gold-plated trapeze.
• Everyone’s disingenuous “going green” crap has us seeing red.
• Apparently there’s some sort of writers’ strike going on. Naturally, we’re on team Pumpkin Spice Latte.
• Butter celebrates its fifth year of existence, prompting many to exclaim, “Really? I thought that place closed in, like, 2004.”
• Atlantic party manages to be elitist, classist and a rip-roaring good time.
• We got all teary-eyed and emotional at Stand Up For Heroes. Especially at the part where Robin Williams’ wife went away with Bruce Springstein’s motorcycle. We think.
• Breaking news: J.Lo and Christina are preggers!
• Tyra proves she still has lots more disturbing material up her sleeve.
• Maybe “You” weren’t such a bad Person of the Year, except for that time you didn’t pay for the new Radiohead album.
• We received a box of money in the mail! Unfortunately, it was shredded. And completely fake. Thanks for nothing, TomKat.
