RIP Twisty the Clown! You’re one of Edward Mordrake’s minions, now!
(Spoiler Alert??)
American Horror Story Season 4 Episode 4 saw the death of Twisty and the rise of Dandy as he claimed his first victim.
After finding Twisty the Clown deceased, Dandy Mott decides he’s going to take up the helm of resident psychopath, and his first victim is Dora the maid. After she dares him to kill her, he does.
When we finally hear Dandy’s story, it better be a good one and not just “he was a spoiled brat.”
We did hear Twisty’s story last night. He used to be a legit clown who loved children but his reputation was ruined when two dwarves decided to tell everyone that he was molesting the children.
He returned home to Jupiter, tried to become a toymaker, and eventually attempted suicide. Then he started killing people and felt no remorse for the darkness in his soul. Edward Mordrake’s evil face decided he was the one who would be joining them and that was that.
Bye-bye Twisty, hello Deadly Dandy.
Jimmy Darling got a handshake and a thanks from the town for being the one to rescue the children Twisty had captured, which is something he’s always wanted. Now that the curfew has been lifted, the freak show is back in business, and Elsa, after revealing her story to Mordrake, is a little more happy to share the stage.
Partly because she thinks there’s still hope for someone to come and take her away and make her a star, but also probably because that night with Edward shook her up a little, but it’s tough to tell if it was telling her story that got to her or facing death and beating it again.
