That’s the setting for Agents of SHIELD Season 2 Episode 4, and man, Miami is one beautiful city. Seeing the sights of that gorgeous place is but one reason you should watch Agents of SHIELD online this week!
The other reasons? Face swapping! And Fitz!
Both Coulson and HYDRA really wanted to get their hands on the miracle painting. Their mutual interest in the alien writing is proving an important story for this season, as is getting to know the various agents comprising these agencies in a little more depth.
One way that was accomplished last night was by setting up imposters for some of our favorites. Would we be savvy enough to spot the fakes? Would the agents?
In some cases, yes, they were able to determine who was the real person and who was the imposter. In others, not so much.
May had to have a fight with herself–or, rather, with the person dressed as her–in order to prove herself to her cohorts. That actually turned out to be the best scene from the episode. A good fight sequence will do that.
In the end, Coulson and SHIELD got the painting, and we got to learn more about Fitz and Hunter.
Hunter is growing on us. Fitz might still be the odd man out, but he’s slowly coming back.
