Who is Trace Cyrus? Miley Cyrus‘ half brother, that’s who. Vocalist for his band Metro Station, the tattooed rocker talks about his life style compared to that of the Jonas Brothers.
In an interview with Detail magazine Trace said, “I’m not trying to clean my image to make anyone happy. I could have gone the route of the Jonas Brothers. Those guys can’t live their lives freely. They have to put on an image that is totally fake.”
His lil’ sister once dated Nick Jonas. We wonder what the “bros” take on Trace’s statement will be. We’ll watch their Twitter page and keep an eye out for a rebuttal–which is sure to be forthcoming.
Trace is the son of Leticha “Tish” Finley Cyrus and Baxter Neal Helson. He was later adopted by his mother’s current husband, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus.
Trace has been previously linked to Disney celeb Demi Lovato. They ended their relationship in July due to “conflicting schedules.” We find it odd that Trace would bash any Disney stars, especially since that is where his sister found her fame and fortune.
