Heisman Trophy winner and Denver Broncos rookie quarterback Tim Tebow is sporting a new monk-like hairdo in a new Twitpic that has gone viral on the Internet. Dare we suggest that the new look is a nod to Friar Tuck of Robin Hood fame?
The hazing, courtesy of Tebow’s teammates, is a rookie rite of passage in the locker room and like all bad haircuts, this too shall pass.
The 22-year-old will wear #15, the same number he wore for the Florida Gators. He signed a 5-year contract on July 29, 2010 that will earn him a base salary of $11.25 million. He can make $33 million with certain performance based incentives and is guaranteed $8.7 million.
