The 12th Annual Teen Choice Awards were held on Sunday at the Gibson Amphitheater in Universal City, California. Taking on the hosting duties were Katy Perry and the guys from Glee, Chris Colfer, Kevin McHale, Cory Monteith and Mark Salling.
Other guest appearances included Nina Dobrev, Chase Crawford, Selena Gomez, Justin Long, LL Cool J, Lea Michele, Amber Riley, Emma Roberts, Leighton Meister, Megan Fox, David Beckham, Channing Tatum, Daniela Ruah, David Achuleta, Chris Daughtry, Levi Johnston and Brittani Senser.
The cast of the ABC Family network series Pretty Little Liars included Troian Bellisario, Ashley Benson, Lucy Hale and Shay Mitchell.
Also on hand were Kim Kardashian and the rest of the family, including Kendall Jenner, 14, and Kylie Jenner, 12. The girls have recently started modeling careers. Kylie participated in a back to school promo for Sears and Kendall did a decidedly controversial bikini photo shoot.
A total of 105 award winners were announced and the vampires dominated after the 85 million votes were tabulated: “Twilight” won 12 awards, and TV drama The Vampire Diaries took home seven.
