While Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga are ringing in the New Year from Rockefeller Plaza as part of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, his girlfriend Selena Gomez and her BFF Demi Lovato won’t be far away.
The former Disney stars have been tapped by MTV to take part in the festivities live from their Times Square studios.
Lovato will co-host with MTV Teen Wolf celeb Tyler Posey. The talent lineup includes performances by Gomez, Jason Derulo and rappers J Cole and Mac Miller.
Last year Jersey Shore celeb Snooki took part in a decidedly humorous New Year’s Eve ball drop parody for MTV.
