Rue McClanahan has died at the age of 76 after suffering a stroke.

McClanahan, one of the last remaining “Golden Girls” had a massive stroke and passed away at 1a.m. this morning, according to her manager Barbara Lawrence.

“She had her family with her. She went in peace,” says Lawrence.

McClanahan suffered a stroke earlier this year while recovering from bypass surgery.
