This is great news! We’re sure that Lindsay Lohan must be breathing a sigh of relief after finding out that her father, Michael Lohan has cleared his schedule so that he can be by her side after her recent split with DJ Samantha Ronson.
Like any supportive father, Michael is concerned because break-ups are never easy and he plans to head to L.A. to meet with Lindsay in order to help her through this rough time.
Does that mean that Pops won’t be able to do his usual press rounds about LiLo’s sinking career and her pathetic love life? Man are we going to miss hearing his words of wisdom.
It wouldn’t be right if we didn’t include at least one quote from the ‘father of the year’. Speaking to Extra, he said:
“At a time like this, she (Lindsay) needs someone standing by her side. It’s about time she had both her parents with her, without Dina driving a wedge between us. It’s time for Lindsay to resurrect her life and career.”
The break-up was confirmed by Lindsay who says they are just “taking a break” and for the record People magazine is now saying that Samantha Ronson will not be seeking a restraining order against Lindsay. We wonder if she will against Michael?
Sam’s twin sister, fashion designer Charlotte Ronson made a visit to the LAPD on Monday, inquiring about how she and her mother should go about taking out their own restraining order against Lindsay.
