Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger promises to take swift action against his wife Maria Shriver after TMZ filmed the First Lady of California talking on a cell phone while motoring down the highway. It turns out that she is a habitual offender, frequently engaging in the illegal practice of driving one-handed while conversing on a cell phone.
The video, shot on Sunday, shows the wife of the governor driving a black SUV and maneuvering a sharp turn while driving with one hand on the wheel and the other pressing a cell phone to her ear.
Harvey Levin, TMZ founder, ‘tweeted’ an alert to Schwarzenegger who responded via Twitter, saying “Thanks for bringing her violations to my attention. There’s going to be swift action.”
