Either she is one smart cookie or it’s just a case of perfect timing on troubled actress Lindsay Lohan‘s part. Lohan is currently wearing a SCRAM bracelet and must submit to weekly drug testing. Yesterday Lohan had her wisdom teeth pulled and the procedure involved drugs.
No surprise that TMZ was all over the story. In fact, they got a statement from Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, “We’ve advised the Probation Department of the dental appointment, which was made well in advance of last week’s court hearing.”
Shawn supplied a list to the court of the drugs that the dentist planned to use for the procedure as well as the pain medication that would be prescribed for Lohan’s aftercare, to insure that it isn’t flagged on her upcoming drug test.
It seems likely that Lohan’s probation officer contacted the dental office to verify that the actress really did scheduled this dental procedure long before her court date. The photo above was taken over the weekend at a Memorial Day party in Pacific Palisades.
