Lady Gaga will be ringing in 2012 on “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.”
Gaga will say goodbye to 2011 live from Times Square, performing just before the ball drops.
Ryan Seacrest, who has co-hosted the show since 2005, made the announcement this morning after speaking to Dick Clark Wednesday night.
This will be Clark’s 40th year hosting the event.
