John Mayer and Matt Lauer bantered a bit, before the seven-time Grammy winner launched into a performance of “Who Says” on the Today Show Thursday morning.
The song is from Mayer’s fourth studio album, “Battle Studies,” which he tells Lauer is “sort of like the last couple of years of my life…deeply investigated and set to music.”
