Comedian Andy Dick has found himself in trouble once again. At 4:00 a.m. on January 23, Dick was arrested and slapped with two felony counts of sexual abuse in West Virginia.
The arrest was made by Huntington Police, who transported the 44-year-old suspect to Western Regional Jail where he is expected to be arraigned later in the day on Saturday.
Dick was in town to do a comedy show at the Funny Bone in Huntington. This is not the first time that sexual abuse charges have been brought against Andy. He has previously been accused of groping patrons during his comedy act and is currently on probation following a sexual battery incident at a pizza place in 2008.
During that arrest, Dick reportedly pulled down the tank-top of a 17-year-old girl, exposing her breasts. The courts were lenient with the celebrity on that charge but we’re guessing he won’t get so lucky this time around.
Dick appeared last year on VH1 “Celebrity Rehab” spin-off “Sober House.”
