After six days in the hospital, Tori Spelling was released on Saturday, April 26th. Turns out she was taken in as a result from severe migraines.
Dean was at her side for the majority of the stay. Tori has allegedly suffered migranes most of her life, and the severity of these was most likely brought on by stress.
